Lowongan Kerja PT Adaro Logistics (Adaro Group)

1. Radio Operator Staff

Conduct communication activities via radio and record information to be distributed to internal and external parties involved in barge-to-barge coal transfer activities. Ensure smooth and safe operational port activities, particularly in the aspects of port management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree in Nautical Studies, with a mandatory ORU Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or a related position.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Understanding of radar and radio operations in port environments.
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.

2. Crane & Loader Operator

Responsibility:

• Operate cranes and loaders safely while avoiding equipment damage.
• Capable of handling various types of cargo to ensure safe lifting and transfer operations in barge-to barge coal transfer activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in operating cranes and loaders.
• Understanding of safety standards for equipment operation.
• Have valid SIO Crane and SIO Loader certificate.
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.

3. Port Captain

Supervise and coordinate fleet operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant fuel transport, including loading and unloading and communication with ports and clients.

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor’s degree of Nautical or held ANT III.
• Min. 2 years of experience in the shipping industry handling fuel.
• Min. 5 years of sea service (preferably liquid cargo) .
• Familiar with Vetting PSA (Pertamina Safety Approval).
• Able to minimize cargo loss efficiently.
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.

4. Project Engineer

Execute all projects on time and ensure that the projects being executed are still in accordance with the budget and scope that has been approved by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree of Marine Certification (ATT III) or Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in the shipping industry.
• Strong knowledge of ship systems, propulsion, and structural design.
• Mastering class survey compliance regulation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
