About the programme

As an early career discipline engineer, you will build your experience through challenging development assignments, gaining a toolkit of transferable skills for the future and having a dedicated network of support to help you succeed.

• A three-year early careers programme designed to give you breadth of experience and build technical depth.
• Development assignments will usually comprise of two 18-month rotations.
• Decisions on rotations and graduation roles will be made at the Engineering Talent Forum, informed by your assignment line managers, early career sponsors and your own inputs.
• Everyone will have at least one field experience during the programme.

Requirements:

• You need to have studied or are studying towards a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as outlined in the role descriptions with a Degree: S1 (Undergraduate), S2 (Master’s).
• You need to have graduated, or be graduating, by August or November 2026.
• You have a willingness to learn, a passion to excel and deliver results.
• Less than two years of professional work experience.
• Preferably result requirement: Second Upper Honours or 3.2 CGPA.
• Location: Jakarta.
