Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, sebagai perwakilan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk melakukan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi minyak dan gas bumi di Selat Madura. HCML sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Husky Oil (Madura) Limited (“HOML”). Sebagai operator Selat Madura, HCML saat ini dimiliki oleh Husky Oil Madura Partnership (“HOMP”), CNOOC South East Asia Limited (“CNOOC”), dan SMS Development Limited (“Samudra”). Lowongan Kerja Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited Head of Reliability & Maintenance Manage all maintenance activities to support production operations to ensure facilities and equipment are safe, reliable and compliant with company and regulatory requirements and certified if necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Physics Engineering or other relevant engineering major. Minimum 12 years of experience in Gas industry (Project, Operation, or Maintenance), including at least 5 years in Maintenance roles with gradually increasing responsibility. Minimum 2 years experience working in field operations. Proven experience leading Reliability & Maintenance programs (RCM, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance) with CMRP or CRE holder will be advantage. Strong experience in managing shutdowns, turnarounds (TAR), and maintenance planning & execution, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget. Hands-on experience in RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis). Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, develop people, and manage contractors/vendors in complex operational environments (including offshore/third-party facilities). Demonstrated capability in managing asset integrity, troubleshooting, and condition-based maintenance for static, rotating, electrical, and instrumentation equipment. Strong experience in maintenance systems and data management (CMMS/SAP), reporting to stakeholders, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., PTK-041). Familiar with API, ASME standard and HSSE in Upstream Oil and Gas field/Processing Facilities. Experience in procurement support, spare parts strategy, and budget/cost control to ensure operational continuity and efficiency ⚠ ATTENTION!
