MT Sales Supervisor Job Description Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the sales target at Astra Daihatsu branches. Responsible for designing strategic business plans to expand the customer base. Responsible for building relationships with customers and understanding their needs. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major. Maximum of 2 years of working experience or a fresh graduate. Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader. Willingness to be stationed throughout Indonesia is a MUST. Possess good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Have a business sense and a drive for results. 2. MT Administration Supervisor Job Description: Responsible for the registration of accounting at Astra Daihatsu branch. Responsible for creating and budgeting business plans for branch.
