MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN STAFF

This is a Contract on-site role as Manufacturing Technician.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring production efficiency and reliability through effective machine preventive, maintenance and troubleshooting. This position requires strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to support production uptime and prevent potential disruptions. The role also emphasizes proactive maintenance practices, continuous improvement, and a growth-oriented mindset to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• Hands-on experience & solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation (preferable)
• Familiar with TPM practices and technical documentation (manuals, diagrams, drawings).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to preventing issues.
• Team-oriented with good communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Growth mindset, eager to contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

What will you do

• Perform routine troubleshooting and repair of production machines to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations during production shifts.
• Execute preventive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedules to maintain equipment reliability.
• Identify potential issues in mechanical, electrical, or automation systems and take corrective action before failures occur.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and improvements for tracking and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement improvement ideas and enhance machine efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing production processes and reducing equipment-related losses.
