Lowongan Kerja PT Nusa Solar Indonesia 1. Planner Responsibilities : Organize production schedule Supervise and monitor day-to-day running of the production operation Coordination with other department related to the Production matters Support the administration work within the production team Check material schedule and production planning of factory, ensure the production schedule meet target shipping date Plan and monitor material movements in the production cycles Preparation of reports and summary on production or other operational indices Qualifications : Bachelor degree or diploma degree in any major Have 2 years of working experience of Manufacturing field / Production Control Proven experience in production planner, preferably in an administrative or inventory management role Knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP, ERP Self-motivated, innovative, independent, good interpersonal and communication skills Prefer fluent in Mandarin or English 2. Shipping Officer Responsibilities : Communication with principals / terminals / companies / port authorities. Responsible for administration and documents of goods export or import activities. Prepare documents for handling export or import shipments (CEISA, Import LCL, Export LCL, AWB, B/L, Packing List, PPFTZ). Monitor export or import activities according to schedule and appropriately Prepare reports on the realization of export or import activities.
