1. Data Analyst

PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services) is Hiring: Data Analyst
Location: [Jakarta, Head Office]
Employment Type: Contract Based

Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst whose job is to Collecting operational data, creating operational data summaries, analyzing operational defects, identifying causes and anticipatory or mitigation plans, and reporting work results.

Key Responsibilities

• Create effective data visualizations (charts, charts, dashboards) using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio;
• Processing and analyzing operational data (productivity, SLA, efficiency, costs, etc.);
• Clean and process raw data to ensure data quality and transform it into easily understandable insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics;
• Minimum 1 years work experience as a Data Analyst/Reporting Staff/Performance Monitoring/Business Process Analyst
• Having the ability to ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc), is value added.

Preferred Qualifications

• Thorough, analytical and quick to understand data patterns.
• Having the ability to process and analyze operational data;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the team and a fast learner person.

2. Staff Finance Verification

• Location: [Jakarta, Head Office]
• Employment Type: Contract Based

We are looking for a Staff of Finance Verification whose job is to check, validate, and ensure the accuracy of finance related documents, processing data and creating finance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and record incoming documents;
• Financial Document Verification: Checking the completeness and accuracy of documents;
• Checking data compliance in the application;
• Comunicating with related work units to ensure the process runs smoothly;
• Carrying out the archieve of verified financial documents in a systematic and orderly manner.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Management, Banking, Tax, or any related field;
• Having an understanding of verification work procedures;

Preferred Qualifications

• Having the ability to operate SAP FICO is value added;
• Minimum 1 (one) years of experience in finance field is value added.
• Attention to Detail, thorough and observant in calculations;
• Having the ability to analyze data;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the team and a fast learner person.
